Clean air – that is what Interflow is all about. As part of Royal BAM Group, Interflow is the leading specialist when it comes to controlling the air quality in cleanrooms, operating theatres, and the like. The purpose is to protect people and products. The company, from Wieringerwerf, has its own site at which walls, floors, and units are among the items produced for cleanrooms and operating theatres.
A meticulous production process requires a carefully selected lighting system. The existing building had a Veko lighting system with fluorescent tube units. Interflow project manager Rick Schilder was already familiar with Veko Lightsystems and wanted to demonstrate to the board the difference that modern lighting can make. A trial installation was set up, after which it was decided to replace the existing lighting and to fit the new parts with Veko linears. The choice fell on the Magnus Diffuse, together with emergency lighting. The locations involved were the warehouse, the production area, the loading and unloading spaces, and goods storage. The final instalment is the conversion of the lighting in the offices.
I knew about Veko Lightsystems from my time at my previous employer and I always enjoyed the partnership we had. On top of that, the lighting is a wonderful product that is produced here in the Netherlands. My colleagues are very satisfied with the lighting; it is very bright and a pleasure to work with.
