At DC Ridderkerk 2, Veko delivered 3,800 metres of LED line lighting, accounting for approximately 2,250 luminaires. A large-scale project where carefully designed line lighting is essential for safety, efficiency, and optimal performance within the distribution centre.

In this distribution centre, more than just light output plays a role. The selected LED linear light system meets strict standards and specific requirements applicable to this environment. Even within mobile racking areas, the line lighting has been precisely positioned to ensure that the linear light always reaches the right location, regardless of the warehouse configuration.

By using different lenses, the LED linear light solution is tailored to the various zones within the building. The line lighting system also operates with sensor technology that activates multiple luminaires simultaneously, providing both comfort and efficient energy use. This intelligent use of linear light ensures that the installation supports operational processes while maintaining high energy performance.
